We sync with HR Payroll to import your employees, making it a breeze to invite them to Ecolab KitchenIQ™! You can also add employees who are already KitchenIQ users from different locations, and manually input new employees when needed.
To invite users, you must have the "Invite New Users" permission. This will allow you to send user invites and refresh users from payroll. For more information on different role permissions visit Edit Role Permissions
Navigate to Employees & Invite Menu
- From the Menu, tap Employees
- Tap the 3 dots in the top right
- This will display the Invite Menu
- See options for inviting users below
Invite from HR Payroll
You can easily invite employees who are entered in HR Payroll
- Tap Invite from Payroll
- Select the employees you'd like to invite
- You can select multiple employees
- Optional: Tap Sync with Payroll to update the user list with newly added employees and remove terminated employees in HR Payroll
- Tap Send Invites
- The selected employees will receive an invite in their email listed in HR Payroll
- If the employee's email is incorrect, update their email address
It can take up to 24 hours for updated contact information to be ready to sync
Invite an employee that already uses KitchenIQ or Create a Manual User
If an employee is a user at another location, you can invite them to your store using their existing profile or you can add an employee who is not in HR payroll
- Choose Create User
- Enter the employee's email address
- This must be the email they use to log into their KitchenIQ account
- Select the Role you want the user to have
- Tap Invite User
If the user already uses KitchenIQ and exists in another store, it will automatically move them to the new store.
