- If you cannot get past the loading screen of the app check your Wi-Fi network and ensure you are connected to the correct Wi-Fi. iSpota will not work with Ecolab KitchenIQ™. If possible, try connecting to another Wi-Fi network
- Ensure KitchenIQ is updated to the latest version of the app, and make sure your tablet is updated to the latest version
- After confirming the previous two steps, try deleting and re-downloading the app
- After trying the previous steps, place a support ticket here if you are still having trouble
