Keep up to date with your User Profile. Know your To-Do completion, Accountability, change your preferred name, language, and view or change your pin.
- View your To-Do Completion
- See all Tasks and Checklists you have been assigned and if they are completed or overdue
- See your Accountability
- View all Infractions and Disciplinary Actions that you have been assigned
- Edit your account settings
- Edit your profile information such as personal details, language, work area, password, and PIN code
- Edit your personal details
- Change your profile picture or preferred first name
- Employee email and phone number cannot be changed in the app; they must be changed in your organization's payroll system
- Change your language
- Tap to switch between English and Spanish
- View or change your pin
- Tap Store PIN code. This will display your current 4-digit pin(s). To change your pin, select the pencil icon next to the pin for the desired location, and enter in your new 4-digit pin.
My Job: The Home Screen
The one place with all of the tools and information you need to do your job for the day
- The Scoreboard is your eagle-eye view of the store
- View your teams, checklists, tasks, people, setups, infractions, disciplinary actions, and waste
- View your To-Dos
- The To-Dos tile shows your assigned Checklists & Tasks for the day
- Stay up to date with the Activity Feed
- Your Activity Feed is the hub for activities involving tasks, checklists, tokens, broadcasts, and infractions
- Redeem Rewards
- From the Rewards tile in the bottom right of the Home Screen, you can see your restaurant's Rewards and redeem them
Perks: Rewards
You can earn Tokens in KitchenIQ to redeem for Rewards set by the leaders in your store. Who doesn't love earning free stuff?
- How to earn Tokens
- Complete your daily tasks (earn Tokens every time you complete a Checklist or Task!)
- Receive a Recognition from another employee
- How to redeem Rewards
- On your Home Screen, tap on the Tokens tile in the bottom right
- When you have earned enough Tokens to redeem a Reward a blue Redeem button will be available
- Once you have tapped Redeem and confirmed your redemption, your leader(s) will receive a Task to ensure your Reward is delivered!
Communication: Chat
Stay connected with your team in real time.
- Message individuals or groups
- Chat lets you send direct messages to teammates or communicate with groups to keep everyone aligned throughout the day
- Comment or Like Recognitions
- Employees can be sent Recognitions that appear in the Team Feed. You can like and comment on these to love on your team!
- View upcoming special events
- Upcoming employee birthdays and work anniversaries are viewable in the Team Feed
Stay in the Know: Push Notifications & Activity Feed
KitchenIQ makes it easy to stay in the know by only sending push notifications when they need to be noticed and providing a notification feed to keep up with previous notifications sent
- What Push Notifications do we send?
- We will send you a push notification when you are assigned to a position on a Setup, when you are assigned a To-Do, and when a Broadcast is posted
- How to view the Activity Feed
- If you would like to see a history of your notifications, tap on the Activity Tile on the Home Screen
