Emails and phone numbers cannot be changed in the app, as Ecolab KitchenIQ™ is connected directly with your payroll system. To update an employee's email it must be updated in your payroll system
Updating in HR Payroll
- In your restaurant's Payroll, update the employee's email or phone number
- Re-sync with HR Payroll
Contact information will sync from your payroll system overnight. After changing the email or phone number, re-sync KitchenIQ the next morning.
