- Make sure the employee has been synced from your payroll system into Ecolab KitchenIQ™. To check, go to Menu > Employees and search for the employee's name. If you don't see the employee listed, please sync your store with your payroll system to ensure they appear in the app.
- If an employee tries to log in with credentials that are not associated with your location, they won't be able to access it. This is a common login issue. To check if their information is correct, you can view their contact details in the app.
- Check your spam or junk email folders to see if the code might have been sent there.
- If your email inbox is full and cannot receive new messages, you will not receive the email with your login code. Delete unnecessary emails to free up space and ensure the code can be delivered.
