Add or Remove Employees from Setup Roster

Update a Setup roster to reflect staffing changes and ensure the right team members are assigned.

To add or remove employees from a Setup roster, you must have the "Build Setups" permission. For more information on different role permissions visit Edit Role Permissions

Add an Employee to the Roster (Mobile)

If someone is coming in for a shift that is not scheduled in your scheduling platform, you can easily add them to the roster

  1. From the Team tab, select the setup you'd like to add or remove employees from
    • If the setup is published, tap Edit in the top right corner to enter editing mode
  2. Tap the Roster icon
  3. Tap Add Employees
  4. Search and select the employees you'd like to add to the Roster
  5. Tap Done
  6. When finished editing the roster, close the roster window and tap Finish or Publish
    • If you are editing a published setup, it will say Finish
    • If you are building a new setup, it will say Publish

Remove employee from the Roster (Mobile)

If someone calls out, you can easily remove them from your roster

  1. From the Team tab, select the setup you'd like to add or remove employees from
    • If the setup is published, tap Edit in the top right corner to enter editing mode
  2. Tap on the Employee to open the employee card
    • If you cannot locate the employee in a position on the setup, you can find them in the roster by tapping the roster icon
  3. Tap the three dots in the top right corner of the employee card
  4. Tap Remove From Setup
  5. Confirm Removal
    • The employee will now be removed from the Roster and all their position assignments
  6. When finished editing the roster, close the roster window and tap Finish or Publish
    • If you are editing a published setup, it will say Finish
    • If you are building a new setup, it will say Publish

  1. On the Team Dashboard, find the Setup you'd like to add or remove employees from and tap on it
  2. If prompted, enter your 4 digit PIN to verify your permissions 
    • You must have Build Setups permission
    • To find your pin, check out View a Profile
  3. If the setup is published, tap Edit in the top right corner to enter editing mode 
  4. Tap Add Employees
  5. Search and select the employee(s) you'd like to add
  6. Tap Done
  7. When finished editing the roster, close the roster window and tap Finish or Publish
    • If you are editing a published setup, it will say Finish
    • If you are building a new setup, it will say Publish

Remove employee from Setup Roster (Tablet)

If someone calls out you can easily remove them from your roster
