If no one on your team is receiving alerts—whether via push notification, SMS, or email—this guide will help you check your alert setup and ensure everything is configured correctly.

To edit Remote Monitoring settings, you must have the "Edit REM" permission. For more information on different role permissions visit Edit Role Permissions.

Check Equipment Template Settings

  1. From the Menu, tap Remote Monitoring
  2. Select the Equipment that is not generating alerts
  3. Identify the Equipment Template associated with it
    • Take note of the Equipment Template name to be used in the next steps
  4. Tap the back arrow to return to the Equipment list
  5. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner
  6. Tap Equipment Templates and select the one identified in step 3

For each sensor type, confirm that alert parameters are set:

  1. Temperature: Compliant temperature range
  2. CO2: Trigger values for levels 1, 2, and 3
  3. Humidity: Compliant humidity range
  4. Barometric Pressure: Threshold range
  5. Open/Close Sensors: Alerts for unexpected open or closed states

If parameters are missing, tap each sensor type to configure them. If alerts still aren't working after configuration, proceed to Confirm Alert Definitions Exist and Are Active
