Are your employees not syncing, or is schedule data not appearing? If your organization uses a Vendor Bridge integration to recognize employees within the Ecolab KitchenIQ™ product, you may need to reconnect your integrations.
- Log in to your web portal
- Tap on Integrations in the menu on the left
- Tap Reconnect
- Enter in your organization's Home login
- If you are still having issues please place a support ticket
