Re-connect to Vendor Bridge (if enabled for your organization)

Are your employees not syncing, or is schedule data not appearing? If your organization uses a Vendor Bridge integration to recognize employees within the Ecolab KitchenIQ™ product, you may need to reconnect your integrations.

  1. Log in to your web portal
  2. Tap on Integrations in the menu on the left
  3. Tap Reconnect
  4. Enter in your organization's Home login
  5. If you are still having issues please place a support ticket
