Need to view or change your payment method for Ecolab KitchenIQ™? Here's how!
To update the payment method, you must have the "Subscription Management" permission. This will allow you to manage subscription information. For more information on different role permissions visit Edit Role Permissions
- Navigate to the Ecolab KitchenIQ™ website
- Click the Subscriptions tab in the menu on the left-hand side
- Click on the pencil icon in the "Payment Method" tile
- Click Add Payment Method and enter the new card information
- You can also select any payment methods that are saved in your account
Make sure to select Set as Default for the card you would like charged each month
