Need to view or change your payment method for Ecolab KitchenIQ™? Here's how!
To update the payment method, you must have the "Subscription Management" permission. This will allow you to manage subscription information. For more information on different role permissions visit Edit Role Permissions
- Navigate to the Ecolab KitchenIQ™ website
- Click the Subscriptions tab in the menu on the left-hand side
- Click Edit in the Payment Method tile
- Click Add Payment Method
- You can also select any payment methods that are already saved in your account and change it to the default payment method
- Click the trashcan icon to delete a payment method
- Enter the new card information and click Save Changes
Make sure to select Set as Default for the card you would like charged each month
