View and Download Invoices (Receipts)

Access your invoices anytime on the Ecolab KitchenIQ™ website!

To view and download invoices, you must have the "Subscription Management" permission. For more information on different role permissions visit Edit Role Permissions

Navigate to the Ecolab KitchenIQ™ website
Click the Subscriptions tab in the menu on the left-hand side
Click to view invoice for a preview or download invoice to download a PDF file of any invoices in the Payment History tile
Tap on Invoice Emails to add or remove emails that will receive an invoice every month
