Access your invoices anytime on the Ecolab KitchenIQ™ website!
To view and download invoices, you must have the "Subscription Management" permission. This allows you to view and manage subscription information. For more information on different role permissions visit Edit Role Permissions
- Navigate to the Ecolab KitchenIQ™ website
- Click the Subscriptions tab in the menu on the left-hand side
- Click on the pencil icon in the "Payment Method" tile
- Download any invoices from the Payment History tile
- Tap on Invoice Emails to add or remove emails that will receive an invoice every month
