How to Cancel Your Subscription

There is not an option to pause your subscription, but you can cancel and re-activate when you're ready. All of your store information will be saved!

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Navigate to the Ecolab KitchenIQ™ website
  2. Click the Subscriptions tab in the menu on the left-hand side
  3. Click Edit next to Your Subscriptions
  4. Click Cancel Subscription
  5. Click Continue
  6. Select a Reason for Cancellation and add comments if desired
  7. Click Confirm Cancellation
