Editing, duplicating, or archiving a checklist in the mobile app allows users to keep their checklist templates up to date, reuse existing checklists as a starting point, and hide checklists that are no longer needed.
To edit, duplicate, or archive a Checklist, you must have the "Manage Checklist Templates" permission. For more information on different role permissions visit Edit Role Permissions

- From the Menu, tap Checklists
- Tap the checklist you want to archive
- Tap the 3 dots in the top right corner
- Tap Archive Checklist
- The checklist will be hidden from view and can no longer be used
- You can reactivate an archived checklist at any time — see Archive or Activate Checklists
