Archive or Activate Checklists

Keep your checklists organized by archiving items you no longer need or reactivating checklists when they’re ready to be used again.

You must have the "Manage Checklist Templates" permission. This will allow you to create or edit Checklist Templates. For more information on different role permissions visit Edit Role Permissions

Archive or Activate Checklists (Mobile)

  1. From the Menu, tap Checklists
  2. Tap the 3 dots at the top right
  3. Select whether you'd like to archive or activate checklists
    • Activating a Checklist will make it searchable and able to be assigned
    • Archiving a Checklist will make it not appear when assigning Checklists
  4. Search for the desired Checklists
  5. Select the Checklists you'd like to activate or deactivate
    • You can select multiple Checklists to Archive/Activate at once
  6. Tap Save

Archive or Activate Checklists (Portal)

  1. Navigate to the Ecolab KitchenIQ™ website
  2. Click on Checklists in the left side menu
  3. Search for and select the checklist(s) you'd like to activate or deactivate by checking the box to the left of the checklist(s)
    • Activating a Checklist will make it searchable and able to be assigned
    • Archiving a Checklist will make it not appear when assigning Checklists
    • You can select multiple Checklists to Archive/Activate at once
  4. Click Archive or Activate in the popup bar
    • The selected checklists will move to Archived or Active status
