Signing in with your 4‑digit PIN on a tablet gives you to access features tied to your role, such as To‑Dos, Schedules, Breaks, and Leadership tools. Once signed in, actions you take are associated with you, ensuring accurate tracking and accountability.

You can sign in at any time using the left‑side menu, or you’ll be prompted automatically when accessing certain features.
Sign in from the Menu
- Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen
- Tap Sign In above the location name
- Enter your 4-digit PIN
Sign in from the Team Dashboard
- While in the Team Dashboard, tap Sign in in the top right corner
- Enter your 4-digit PIN
Sign in When Prompted
If you are not signed in and tap a feature that requires authentication (such as To‑Dos, Schedule, Breaks, Leadership, etc.) you will be prompted to PIN in automatically.
Follow the on‑screen instructions to enter your 4‑digit PIN and continue.
How to Sign Out
- Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen
- Tap your name, then tap the Sign Out Icon
