Updating Scheduling Data

Need to refresh shift changes made in your scheduling system? Simply select the refresh option for your scheduling data in the Team Dashboard and your roster will update with the latest changes.

Schedule data will sync for two weeks from the current date

Update Scheduling Data

  1. From the Team tab, tap on the Schedule tile
  2. At the top right corner, tap Refresh Data
    • Changes made in your scheduling platform will now reflect on the schedule in Ecolab KitchenIQ™

Update Setup Roster

  1. While building or editing a Setup, tap the people icon in the top right
  2. Tap Schedule
  3. At the top right corner, tap Refresh Data
    • This will update the roster for Setups with the up-to-date scheduling data from your scheduling platform
