Change Your PIN (or an Employee's)

Use your 4‑digit PIN to sign in on a tablet and access role‑specific features, including viewing and completing To‑Dos. You can change your PIN at any time.

  1. From the Home Screen, tap on your profile picture to navigate to your profile
  2. Tap the gear icon to access settings
  3. Tap Store PIN Code to edit your PIN
  4. Next to the restaurant name, tap the pencil icon by the PIN you'd like to change
    • You'll now be prompted to enter a new 4-digit PIN

Edit an Employee's PIN

If an employee does not have a smartphone and needs your help changing their PIN, you can do so easily in Roles & Users

To invite users, you must have the "Manage Admin Settings" permission. This will allow the users within the role to view access Roles & Users. For more information on different role permissions visit Edit Role Permissions 

  

  1. Navigate to Menu Admin
  2. Tap Roles & Users

  1. Tap on the Users tab at the top of the screen
  2. Search for and select the User you'd like to change the PIN for
  3. Tap the PIN Code. You'll then be prompted to enter a new PIN for them.
