How to Record Waste

Track Waste throughout the day with Ecolab KitchenIQ™! Tracking in real time will automatically help reduce Waste, but it also will provide your leaders with reporting to help identify areas of opportunity

Tracking Waste on Mobile

  1. From the Menu, tap Waste
  2. Tap the trashcan icon on the product you would like to waste to record one of that item
  3. Tap the donate icon on the product you would like to donate to record one of that item

You can view the amount tracked and total dollar amount beneath each product

  1. From the Menu, tap Waste

Bulk Add or Remove Waste on Mobile

  1. Tap and hold the product you'd like to bulk add or remove Waste
  2. Choose to waste by quantity or weight
  3. Add or subtract by either using the + and - buttons or typing the number
  4. Add a reason or note, if desired
  5. Tap Add Waste
