Setting up your team for success with Waste tracking will help ensure waste is tracked consistently and accurately throughout the day

  1. Have at least 2 Waste tablets
    • We recommend mounting one tablet on one side of the BOH, and one on the other to make sure all Production Waste is captured
    • Mount a tablet in the kitchen close to where food is produced so Waste can be captured in real time, at it's source
    • An additional tablet on the Front Counter for tracking FOH Waste is ideal
  2. Encourage the team to track all Waste in real-time
    • Tracking items as they are wasted gives your leaders the most accurate reporting to identify areas of opportunity
  3. Start using it!
    • Setting up Waste with Ecolab KitchenIQ™ is easy, start using it as soon as you have the equipment
