Our Accountability system is tiered, and we want to ensure you can enforce all levels of consequences if desired

What is an Infraction?

  1. An Infraction is a broken rule in your organization. Each Infraction is worth points that are determined by Admins. As Infractions are assigned to Users by leaders, they will continue to add up to trigger Disciplinary Actions. Example:
    • Late to shift less than 15 minutes - 2 points
    • No call, no show - 20 points

What is a Disciplinary Action?

  1. A Disciplinary Action (DA) is a consequence that occurs as Infractions continue to add up. Each DA has an amount of points set by Admins that it takes to trigger them. Example:
    • Check-in with a Leader - 10 points
    • Loss of Meal Benefit - 15 points
    • Suspension - 20 points
    • Employment Review - 25

Why did one Infraction trigger multiple Disciplinary Actions?

  1. As soon as a User reaches enough points for a DA, it will be triggered. This could happen after multiple Infractions that are worth less points are assigned, or it could happen after one Infraction if it is worth a large amount of points. Example:
    • Late to shift less than 15 minutes an Infraction worth 2 points is assigned to a User. This User would have to receive 8 more points in order to trigger a "Check-in with a Leader" DA
    • No call, no show an Infraction worth 20 points is assigned to a User. This will trigger the Check-in with a Leader, Loss of Meal Benefit, and Suspension DAs. This is to ensure if you want to enforce all three levels of consequence, you are able to. If you would like to delete the lower point DAs and only enforce the highest consequence, you can place a support ticket requesting them to be deleted
