Your Accountability Period is the time frame when Infraction points roll off and no longer add towards Disciplinary Actions. It is best to set this period during set up so that it does not have to be changed later

The default Accountability Period is Quarterly. To change your Accountability submit a support ticket

There are a few different Accountability Periods to choose from

  • Quarterly

  • Bi-Annually

  • Annually

  • Rolling 30 Days

  • Rolling 60 Days

  • Rolling 90 Days

  • Rolling 120 Days

  • Rolling 180 Days

  • Rolling 360 Days

The Rolling System

  • The Rolling Accountability Period is not fixed and will move with the current date. For example, on a Rolling 60-day period, 60 days after an Infraction is assigned it will roll-off

When Infraction points reset, the Infraction history is still viewable in the Employee Profile. To view an employee's Accountability, check out View User Accountability
