Need a PDF of an employee's accountability? You can download this at any time through the Ecolab KitchenIQ™ website

To view Users, you must have the "View User Accountability" permission. This will allow you to view and export employee Accountability. For more information on different role permissions visit Edit Role Permissions

1. Navigate to the Ecolab KitchenIQ™ website
2. Click on Roles & Users
   • This is located in the menu on the left side of the screen
3. Select Users
4. Search for and select the desired employee
5. Click on Download Accountability History
   • This will export a PDF of the employee's Accountability history to your computer
