Sometimes there are reasons that an employee is not able to be synced in Ecolab KitchenIQ™. Here are some of the common issues that occur when syncing employees
You should receive an error report when syncing with payroll if there was an employee who was not able to be synced. Use the troubleshooting steps below if someone was not able to be synced:
- Ensure the employee has an email listed in your payroll system
- The employee shares an email with another employee (every user must have a unique email)
