Chat Home: Mentions, Unread, Channels

Welcome to the Chat Home page :) Let's talk about the different categories you will see

  1. Mentions
    • This highlights any channel where you have been @mentioned and will navigate you to those messages. Once all messages in the Channel are read it will leave this category
  2. Unread
    • Shows any Channels that have messages you have not yet seen. Once all messages in the Channel are read it will leave this category
  3. Channels
    • Displays all Chat Channels that you have access to alphabetically. These Channels will always be displayed in this category

If you have the Manage Chat Permission you will be able to view all Chat Channels regardless of if you are a member
