Use Ecolab KitchenIQ™'s Chat feature to communicate with your team in the same platform they complete their other work! Here's how to send messages to a Chat and view previous messages

Send a Chat Message

  1. Navigate to Chat and tap on the Channel you'd like to send a message in
  2. Tap on the message box at the bottom and enter text, then tap the send button
    • Use the + sign to add images or files as desired

View a Chat Message

  1. Navigate to Chat and tap on the Channel you'd like to view a message in
  2. This will open the channel and allow you to view all previous messages that have been sent in the chat
