Use Ecolab KitchenIQ™'s Chat feature to communicate with your team in the same platform they complete their other work! Here's how to send messages to a Chat and view previous messages

 

Send a Chat Message

  1. Navigate to Chat and tap on the Channel you'd like to send a message in
  2. Tap on the message box at the bottom and enter text or images as desired
  3. Tap the send button

 

View a Chat Message

  1. Navigate to Chat and tap on the Channel you'd like to view a message in
  2. Here you can view all previous messages that have been sent in the Chat Channel
