Create, Edit, and Delete Reward Types

Want a good laugh? Turn pieing a Director in the face into a reward! Rewards are the fun part of Ecolab KitchenIQ™. As your team earns Tokens, they can redeem them for the awesome rewards you set up for your restaurant

To edit rewards, you must have the "Manage Admin Settings" permission. For more information on different role permissions visit Edit Role Permissions

In KitchenIQ, your team can earn Tokens through the following actions:

Completing a Task

5 Tokens

Completing a Checklist

10 Tokens

Receiving a Recognition

Options: 10, 25, or 50 Tokens

*This amount may be different based on Settings determined by your store leadership.

Your team can then redeem these Tokens for Rewards

Create and Edit Reward Types

  1. From the Menu, tap Admin
  2. Tap Rewards
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Tap the + sign in the top right corner
  5. Enter the title of the reward
  6. Set the number of Tokens needed to redeem this reward
    • An easy way to determine Token value is to think of 100 Tokens = $1 in rewards
  7. Optional: Add an image of the reward
    • Show your team what they're going to get!
  8. Save your new reward
    • Diversify rewards to cater to every employee's preferences!

Edit or Delete Reward Types

  1. Tap on any existing Reward to edit or delete it
  2. Edit the information as desired
  3. Tap Save or Delete
