Token earning values can only be changed on the web portal, not mobile or tablet. To edit token earning settings, you must have the "Manage Admin Settings" permission.For more information on different role permissions visit Edit Role Permissions

Overview

• Management can set a custom token value for completing Checklists and Tasks, independent of each other. This means you can keep token earning on for Checklists while turning off token earning for Tasks (or vice versa)
• The value can be set to any whole number, including 0. Setting a value to 0 means employees will no longer earn tokens for completing that item type
• Changes only apply going forward and do not retroactively adjust tokens employees have already earned. Before this setting is changed, Checklists award 10 tokens and Tasks award 5 tokens by default
• Token values for Recognitions are configured separately and are not affected by this setting

Set Token Values for Checklists and Tasks

1. Navigate to the KitchenIQ Web Portal
2. Click Admin
3. Click Rewards
4. On the right side of the screen, locate Reward Token Values
5. Click Edit and enter the number of tokens you want employees to earn for Checklists and/or Tasks
   • Enter 0 for either one (or both) if you do not want employees earning tokens for that activity
6. Click Save
