Recognition serves as a tool for motivating and uplifting your team. We strongly encourage both your Leadership and Team Members to use Recognition to help encourage a culture of appreciation

Sending a Recognition
- From the Menu, tap Recognition
- Tap Employee and select the person you'd like to recognize
- Select how many Tokens you would like to award
- Note: These Tokens will not come out of your personal Tokens. They are generated by the system
- Attach a note to share why you're recognizing them
- Give a shout-out! This message will appear on the Team Feed to showcase your awesome employees
- Tap Send
