Maintain consistent workplace standards by sending employee infractions and editing as needed.

To send infractions to users with a lower rank than your own, you must have the "Send Infractions" permission. To send infractions to users in an equal or higher rank than your own, you must have the "Send Infractions to Any Role" permission. For more information on different role permissions visit Edit Role Permissions

Send an Infraction

  1. From the Menu, tap Infraction
    • If you do not see this, you do not have the "Send Infractions" permission. See above
  2. Select the date the Infraction occurred
    • The default is the current day. However, you can select a previous day if that is when the Infraction occurred
  3. Search for the employee to assign the Infraction to
  4. Select the Infraction type
  5. Add any relevant notes for the Infraction
    • This is not required, but it is helpful when viewing an Infraction from a previous date. It will give necessary context when Disciplinary Actions are prompted
  6. Tap Assign

Edit or Delete an Infraction

If any information on an Infraction was incorrect, or an Infraction needs to be deleted you can do so in an employee's profile

To edit infractions, you must have the "Manage Accountability" permission. For more information on different role permissions visit Edit Role Permissions

  1. Navigate to the Infraction you want to edit
    • To navigate to an employee's Accountability, check out How to View a User's Accountability
    • If the edit button is not present, you do not have the proper permissions (see above)
  2. Open the desired infraction, then tap Edit
  3. Adjust the date, infraction type, or infraction notes
    • To delete an Infraction, tap the "Delete Infraction" button while editing
  4. Tap Save
