Accountability Settings: Add & Edit Infraction Types

Customize your Infractions to create a list of documentable rules that are broken in your store. Give them a point value so they add up to Disciplinary Actions accordingly

To edit Infractions, you must have the "Manage Accountability" permission. This will allow you to edit Infractions and Disciplinary Actions. For more information on different role permissions visit Edit Role Permissions

  1. Navigate to Menu→Admin→Accountability→Settings
  2. Tap the + Button
  3. Enter the Infraction name and how many Points it is worth
  4. Tap Save
  5. Tap on an Infraction to edit or delete it
    • Edit the information as desired
    • Tap Save or Delete
