You can reset your password from the login page or update it anytime in your account settings.
Forgot Password
If you cannot get into your account, you can follow the forgot password flow upon trying to log in.
- Open the Ecolab KitchenIQ app
- If prompted, tap I've Signed in Before
- This will bring you to the login page
- On the login page, tap Forgot Password
- Type in your Email or Phone Number to receive a verification code
- Ensure that you are using the email address or phone number associated with your KitchenIQ account
- If you have trouble receiving the code at your email address, try your phone number, and vice versa
- If you choose to receive the code via email, be sure to check your spam folder if it is not appearing in your inbox
- Enter the code
- Create a New Password
- Tap Reset Password
- Log in with your new password
Reset Password
If you are logged into the KitchenIQ app, you can reset your password from your profile settings!
- In the top right corner of the home screen, tap your profile
- Tap the settings icon in the top right corner
- Under Security tap Change Password
- Type in your Email or Phone Number to receive a verification code
- Ensure that you are using the email address or phone number associated with your KitchenIQ account
- If you have trouble receiving the code at your email address, try your phone number, and vice versa
- If you choose to receive the code via email, be sure to check your spam folder if it is not appearing in your inbox
- Enter the code
- Create a New Password
- Tap Reset Password
- Log in with your new password
