Create a Vendor list so leaders can quickly access vendor details when they need them, including contact information for other locations you work with.
To create, edit, or delete Vendors, you must have the "Manage Vendor Contacts" permission. For more information on different role permissions visit Edit Role Permissions
Navigate to Vendors
- From Menu, tap Vendors
Create a Vendor
- In the top right corner, tap the + sign
- Enter the vendor information
- A name and category are required for every vendor
- Tap Save
Edit a Vendor
- Tap the Vendor you would like to edit
- Tap the pencil icon in the top right corner
- Edit any Vendor information as needed
- Tap Save
Delete a Vendor
- Tap the Vendor you'd like to delete
- Tap Edit at the top right
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap on Delete Vendor
- Confirm deletion
