Update or remove a recurring To‑Do schedule to keep tasks aligned with current operational needs.
To edit the Planner, you must have the "Manage to-Do Planner" permission. For more information on different role permissions visit Edit Role Permissions.
Edit a Recurring Schedule
- Navigate to the Ecolab KitchenIQ™ website
- Click on Planner in the left side menu
- Click on the recurring schedule you want to edit
- Adjust Frequency, Time, or Area
- You cannot edit the To-Do type (checklist or task). To create a new recurring checklist or task, see How to Schedule a Recurring Checklist or How to Schedule a Recurring Task.
- To edit the title, description, links, or images of recurring tasks, click Edit on the task
- Click Save
Delete a Recurring Schedule
- Navigate to the Ecolab KitchenIQ™ website
- Click on Planner in the left side menu
- Click on the recurring schedule you want to delete
- Click the 3 dots in the top right corner
- Click Delete
- Confirm Deletion
- This cannot be undone
