Edit or Delete a Recurring To-Do Schedule

Update or remove a recurring To‑Do schedule to keep tasks aligned with current operational needs.

To edit the Planner, you must have the "Manage to-Do Planner" permission. For more information on different role permissions visit Edit Role Permissions.

Edit a Recurring Schedule

  1. Navigate to the Ecolab KitchenIQ™ website
  2. Click on Planner in the left side menu
  3. Click on the recurring schedule you want to edit
  4. Adjust Frequency, Time, or Area
    • You cannot edit the To-Do type (checklist or task). To create a new recurring checklist or task, see How to Schedule a Recurring Checklist or How to Schedule a Recurring Task.
  5. To edit the title, description, links, or images of recurring tasks, click Edit on the task
  6. Click Save

Delete a Recurring Schedule

  1. Navigate to the Ecolab KitchenIQ™ website
  2. Click on Planner in the left side menu
  3. Click on the recurring schedule you want to delete
  4. Click the 3 dots in the top right corner
  5. Click Delete
  6. Confirm Deletion
    • This cannot be undone
