View or Download Reports (Tablet)

From the Reporting menu on Tablet, you can access detailed reports for Waste, Food Temperature Logs, Cooling Logs, and Sensor Data Logs. These reports help you monitor compliance, identify trends, and make informed decisions—all from one centralized location.

To view or download reports, you must have the appropriate permission for each report type. For example, to access Waste reports, you’ll need the “View Waste Reporting” permission. For more information on different role permissions visit Edit Role Permissions

Accessing the Reporting Menu

  1. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner
  2. Tap Reporting
  3. Enter your PIN
  4. This opens the Reporting menu, where you can choose the specific report you want to view.

Waste Reports 

In Waste Reporting, you can view data by total waste, top wasted items, waste over time, waste by area, waste by daypart, and reasons for waste.

  1. In the Reporting menu, tap Waste
  2. Filter by date range, waste type (trash or donated), area, or daypart
  3. You also have the option to view as a calendar

Temperature Log Reports

In Temperature Reporting, you can view a complete temperature log for any selected date range in either Fahrenheit or Celsius, and choose to view it in the app or export it as a file.

  1. In the reporting menu, tap Food Temperature Log
  2. Select the date range you wish to export temperature logs for
  3. Tap Apply Date Range
    • The temperature log will appear if there is data available for the selected dates
  4. Change the temperature unit if desired
    • Fahrenheit is the default
  5. Generate and view the PDF report in the app. You can choose how you would like to share/download your file using the button in the top right corner (Ex. Email, Print, Save to Files, etc.)

Cooling Log Reports

In Cooling Log Reporting, you can select a date range to view detailed cooling logs, then choose to review them in the app or export them as a file.

  1. In the Reporting menu, tap Cooling Logs
  2. Tap Date Range to select the date range you want to view
  3. Generate and view the PDF report in the app. You can choose how you would like to share/download your file using the button in the top right corner (Ex. Email, Print, Save to Files, etc.)

Sensor Data Log Reports

In Sensor Data Log Reporting, you can generate a detailed log of sensor readings for any selected date range. Reports include equipment name and type, sensor name and type, recorded values, and timestamps, with data grouped into 1-hour or 4-hour intervals for easier analysis.

  1. In the reporting menu, tap Sensor Data Log
  2. Select the date range you wish to export sensor data logs for
  3. Tap Apply Date Range

  1. Tap Select Equipment
    • You can select equipment by equipment type or equipment name
  2. Select all equipment types or names you want included in the report and tap Save

  1. Tap Select Sensor Type to choose which sensor type to include in the report
  2. Ensure the correct unit of measurement is selected
  3. Choose a Consolidation Time Interval
    • This means your data will be summarized into either hourly or 4-hour periods for easier viewing
  4. Tap Generate Report

Your report will be emailed as a spreadsheet attachment to the email address listed at the top of the screen.
