Keep learning materials up to date by creating and managing training courses

Create a Training Course

  1. From the Menu, tap Training
  2. Tap on the settings gear in the top right corner
  3. Tap on the + sign in the top right corner
  4. Tap Create Training Course
  5. Add the course name by tapping the pencil icon next to the title
  6. Tap Add Questions to add questions from the question repository
  7. Tap Add Sections to organize your questions into sections

Edit a Training Course

  1. From the Menu, tap Training
  2. Tap on the settings gear in the top right corner
  3. Tap Courses at the top of the screen
  4. Select the Training Course you want to edit
  5. Tap the pencil icon next to the title to rename the course
  6. Edit the questions or sections within the course as needed
    • Tap on a question to edit it
    • Swipe left on a question to delete it
    • Swipe left on a section to delete, duplicate, or rename it
  7. Tap Save Changes

Archive a Training Course

  1. From the Menu, tap Training
  2. Tap on the settings gear in the top right corner
  3. Tap Courses at the top of the screen
  4. Select the Training Course you want to archive
  5. Tap the 3 dots in the top right corner
  6. Tap Archive Course
  7. Confirm that you wish to archive the training course

Delete a Training Course

Deleting a Training Course can only be done on Portal.

  1. Navigate to the Ecolab KitchenIQ™ website
  2. Click on Training in the left side menu
  3. Select Archived for the Status filter
    • A training course can only be deleted if has already been archived
  4. Search for and select the training course you want to delete
  5. Click the trashcan icon
  6. Confirm Deletion
    • Deleted training courses cannot be recovered
    • This will erase ALL historical data
