Create & Edit Chat Channels

Chat Channels allow you to message multiple groups of different Users. You could make a Maintenance, Leadership, or Trainer Channel. The possibilities are endless!

 

Create Chat Channels

  1. Navigate to Chat on the bottom app bar
  2. Tap Add Channel
  3. Name the Channel
  4. Toggle on the Profanity Filter (Optional)
  5. Tap Add employees, roles, or teams
  6. Search for and select the Employees, Roles, or Teams you would like to be in this Channel
  7. Tap Add in the top right corner
  8. Tap Save in the top right corner

 

Edit a Chat Channel

  1. While in the Channel you'd like to edit, tap the gear icon in the top right corner
  2. Edit the Channel Name, enable the Profanity Filter, or add Users to the Channel as needed
  3. Tap Delete Channel if you would like to delete it
  4. Tap Save in the top right corner
