Celebrate your Team's achievements by sending them a Recognition!

Recognition serves as a tool for motivating and uplifting your team. We strongly encourage both your Leadership and Team Members to use Recognition to help encourage a culture of appreciation

Sending a Recognition

  1. From the Menu, tap Recognition
  2. Tap Employee and select the person you'd like to recognize
  3. Select how many Tokens you would like to award
    • These Tokens will not come out of your personal Tokens. They are generated by the system
  4. Attach a note to share why you're recognizing them
  5. Tap Send
