    • You can find our help articles through the support page on the app - just click on Need Help? from the Menu screen
    • Or you can access them here
  2. Call Us at (877) 603-1187
    • Get live help Monday-Friday from 7am-7pm CST
    • Dial Option 3 for REM, Option 4 for KitchenIQ
  3. Submit a Support Ticket in the app
    • Navigate to Menu-Need Help? (top right corner)
    • Tap Send Support Ticket
