If your organization uses a Vendor Bridge integration to recognize employees within the Ecolab KitchenIQ™ product, connecting Vendor Bridge is the first step in setting up KitchenIQ! This will import your employees and scheduling data into the app.
These steps must be completed by someone with the highest-level credentials
This is a two-step process. You must complete the first step through your organization's Home and the second step through your KitchenIQ user portal
Step 1 (Your Organization's Home)
- Log into your organization's Home and Navigate to Vendor Bridge
- Search for and approve VSBL on Vendor Bridge
Step 2 (KitchenIQ Website)
- Navigate to the KitchenIQ website
- Click here
- Navigate to the "Integrations" tab and select Connect
- Enter in your organization's Home login
- At this point Vendor Bridge will sync with KitchenIQ. This may take a couple of minutes
