Designate which leaders are in charge of enforcing Disciplinary Actions and delivering Rewards. These leaders can then further delegate these actions to other leaders

Assigning Accountability Responsibility

The leaders with the Accountability Responsibility will receive a notification and a Task on their Home Screen when a Disciplinary Action needs to be reviewed. These leaders can then choose to delegate this action to another leader which will cause the Task to appear on the Home Screen of the delegated leader

Assign Rewards Responsibility

The leaders with the Rewards Responsibility will receive a notification and a Task on their Home Screen when a Reward needs to be given to an employee. These leaders can then choose to delegate this action to another leader which will cause the Task to appear on the Home Screen of the delegated leader

Step 1.pngStep 2 - R.pngStep 3 - R.png

  1. From the Menu, navigate to Admin
  2. Tap Rewards
  1. Tap the + Sign in the Responsible tile

Step 4 - R.pngStep 5 - R.pngStep 6 - R.png

  1. Tap + Add Employee
  2. Search for and select the employee you'd like to make responsible for delivering rewards
    • You can choose more than one employee
  3. Tap Save
  4. To delete an employee from the Responsibility list, tap on the checkmark next to their name to remove it, then tap Save

There do not need to be many leaders in each Responsibility as the actions can be delegated further. Too many leaders in each Responsibility can create confusion on who is responsible for enforcing Disciplinary Actions and delivering Rewards
